Thor is not able to find the Google Meet transcripts for my meetings
Thor is not able to find the Google Meet transcripts for my meetings
There could be several things at play here.First, check to make sure you have enabled automated meeting transcripts for all your meetings. As a Google Admin, you can do this via these instructions.Second, check to make sure your meetings have a transcript generated. Typically this will show up as an attached Google Doc in the meeting details. If it’s missing, you will need to further debug the lack of transcripts on the Google Meet / Google Admin side.Finally, make sure you have authorized Thor with access to your Google organization. You can do this by opening the Thor “Home” tab in Slack, clicking on “Your Connections”, and verifying that your Google account has been connected correctly. If you’re not sure, you can click on ”…” and choose “Re-Authorize”. Or simply send Thor a message: “Hey
@Thor, re-authorize my Google account”.
